1. Create a checklist
To create a checklist, click the circled check mark at the bottom right. After the circled check mark is selected, a blank circle will pop up and a spot to label the task. You can make your checklist as long as you want and can check off tasks when you're done with them.
Sketch in Notes just like in Notability. To do so, tap the circled marker. Then, choose between the pencil, marker, or pen to make the sketch. Once your sketch is finished select done. To erase mistakes, click the eraser and erase away. There is also an undo option if too much is erased.
3. Scan a Document
Scanning a document can be used when you are given paperwork, but you don’t want to keep a paper copy. Once you scan the document it’ll save directly in our Notes app. So to scan a document, tap the circled plus sign and then click on scan documents. Next, it’ll have you scan the document with your camera. You can manually scan it or your device can automatically scan it. After that, you will drag the corners so you can adjust the scan. This will help you make it fit the page. Then, click Keep Scan. You can add more scans to your document or if you are only scanning a single page document tap save. You can also sign your document or you can manually add your signature. To do so, tap the box with the arrow then tap Markup. If you choose to manually sign your document you can choose the tool you would like to use and sign it. If you would like to add your signature so it looks neater and more professional than drawing on your device, tap the plus sign and then tap your signature. If these steps sound confusing, check out the video that’s linked here.
